If the feedback is negative, a text message is sent immediately to the business owner or manager so that immediate followup can occur before reputation damage is done. The disgruntled customer is simply thanked for their comments, and whatever they wrote is held for moderation.
If the review is positive, it can be posted automatically in a "testimonials" area of the site, and the user is immediately dumped into a page with buttons leading directly to pages associated with the business to leave additional feedback on sites such as Yelp, CityVoter, etc.
